The great summer concerts at the Greek Theatre of Syracuse
Stelle al Teatro is the summer concert series that brings the famous Greek Theatre of Syracuse to life within the Neapolis Archaeological Park. Promoted by Puntoeacapo together with GG Entertainment and Il Botteghino, in collaboration with the Municipality of Syracuse, the festival transforms the ancient monument into an extraordinary open-air arena for live music, alternating between pop, singer-songwriter hits, and grand opera.
Built in the 5th century BC and carved directly into the rock, the Greek Theatre of Syracuse is one of the largest and best-preserved of antiquity. Attending a concert while sitting on its tiers, under the starry sky of south-eastern Sicily, offers an experience that combines the power of contemporary music with the timeless charm of archaeology. It is this fusion of heritage and live performance that makes the festival a highly anticipated event of the Sicilian summer.
For the summer of 2026, Stelle al Teatro offers three major evenings. It kicks off on June 30th with Riccardo Cocciante, an iconic voice of Italian music, author of timeless hits and the musical Notre Dame de Paris. It continues on July 11th with Il Volo, the trio formed by Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto, and Gianluca Ginoble, as part of their new world tour. The grand finale is on July 25th with Pooh, who are celebrating sixty years of their career with the show "Pooh 60 - La Nostra Storia".
Beyond its artistic value, Stelle al Teatro represents an important occasion for the city of Syracuse and the entire Province of Syracuse, capable of attracting audiences from all over Sicily and beyond. The festival complements the historic program of classical plays by the INDA Foundation, expanding the cultural offerings of the Neapolis Park to include major pop and singer-songwriter music.
Stelle al Teatro confirms Syracuse as one of the Sicilian capitals of major summer musical events, in a continuous dialogue between music, history, and landscape.
