The Teatro Remondini, located at via SS. Trinità in Bassano del Grappa (province of Vicenza), is home to the city's prose season, curated by Operaestate Festival Veneto. From October to April, the programme features major Italian theatre names performing classic and contemporary texts.
An Authorial Programme
The season alternates authorial dramaturgy, comedy, narration, and new directorial works, with leading performers and directors from the national scene. It is an eagerly awaited event for the public in the foothills region, blending the great Italian theatrical tradition with more experimental offerings.
A Season That Spans the Winter
Stretching through autumn and winter, the Remondini season accompanies spectators until spring, completing the cultural offerings of Bassano del Grappa, which in summer finds its major diffused festival in Operaestate. Theatre, opera, and prose make the city a cultural reference point for the entire Veneto region.
Stagione Teatrale Remondini — edition 2026
For 2026/2027, a new edition of the Teatro Remondini's Theatre Season is expected, running from October to April.
As is tradition, the programme will bring major names in Italian prose to Bassano del Grappa, featuring classic and contemporary texts. Titles, dates, and performers will be announced by Operaestate in the months preceding the season's start.
