As Pro Sacile recounts, it is the time when "the square becomes a colorful garden with thousands of chirping birds": aviaries, cages, and stalls fill the historic center with colors and songs, in a lively and festive atmosphere.
The spring sister of the Sagra dei Osei
The fair is the spring heir to the famous Sagra dei Osei, the oldest ornithological event in Europe, held in Sacile on the first Sunday of September. Although smaller in scale, the Spring Fair shares its spirit and tradition, offering enthusiasts, breeders, and the curious an opportunity to gather in the season of nature's awakening, amidst displays of birds, animals, products, and crafts.

How to get there
Sacile is accessible from the A28 motorway (Sacile Ovest and Est exits) and from the train station on the Venice-Udine line, close to the center. During the fair, the historic center is pedestrianized.
