Edition 2025 — Pit Cheese Fair
The 50th Sogliano DOP Pit Cheese Fair, the fiftieth-anniversary edition, was held on the Sundays of November 23 and 30, and December 7, 2025, in the historic center of Sogliano al Rubicone, in the province of Forlì-Cesena.
Among the most popular gastronomic initiatives were the "4 Restaurants in the Square", featuring four local restaurateurs who offered menus based on pit cheese in a large heated and covered area, and "E zir dal fosi", a tasting journey through the five historic pits in the center, paired with wines, in collaboration with the Consortium of Romagna Wines. The traditional lunch at the Pro Loco of Sogliano premises was also available.
The program also included free guided tours, theatrical, musical, and recreational shows, conferences, concerts, and workshops, as well as an area for children with entertainment and traditional games. Admission was free, as were parking, shuttles, and the camper area.

Main initiatives of the 2025 edition:
