Slow Wine Fair & SANA Food

The fourth edition of Slow Wine Fair, hosted at BolognaFiere from February 23 to 25, 2025, expanded the discussion on the environmental impact of wine to include the processes accompanying its production, packaging, and marketing. Opening hours were Sunday, February 23, from 11 AM to 7 PM, Monday, February 24, from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Tuesday, February 25, from 10 AM to 5 PM.

The edition's results showed approximately 1,200 exhibitors (+20% compared to 2024), 1,054 wineries (68% of which are certified organic, biodynamic, or in conversion), 160 international exhibitors from 31 countries, and around 15,000 visitors, with 70% being industry professionals. Over 50 guided tastings and about twenty meetings and debates were scheduled, in addition to over 2,000 professional meetings managed via the B2Match platform.
