Sei delle Torri - Health and Sports Village is an event promoted by the Municipio Roma VI delle Torri that transforms the upper parking area of the Roma Est Shopping Centre into a large space dedicated to care, wellness, and quality of life. Spanning approximately 6,000 square metres, the area is divided into integrated thematic sections designed to engage citizens of all ages with a single goal: making prevention and physical activity accessible to everyone, for free and without barriers.

Prevention and health at the core

The heart of the initiative is the prevention area, where visitors can access free, walk-in specialist consultations. Doctors and professionals provide check-ups in cardiology, breast care, paediatrics, gynaecology, dermatology, ophthalmology, and diabetology, alongside blood screenings, vaccinations, and consultations on nutrition, posture, and healthy lifestyles. This service is made possible through collaborations with leading local institutions: Policlinico Tor Vergata, University of Rome Tor Vergata, ASL Roma 2, Bambino Gesù Children's Hospital, the Red Cross, Ares 118, and numerous associations.

Sports and movement for everyone

A large space is reserved for sports, featuring demonstrations, free lessons, and activities open to all, animated by Decathlon and local sports clubs. At the village, you can try basketball, 5-a-side football, volleyball, athletics, tennis, judo, mixed martial arts, boxing, self-defence, dance, pilates, skating, aerial dance, circus activities, and motor skills courses designed for children. The goal is to encourage citizens to adopt an active and healthy lifestyle, turning sport into a shared celebration.

Talks, debates, and entertainment

The stage hosts a rotation of doctors, researchers, athletes, coaches, science communicators, and creators in a programme that weaves together institutional voices and personal stories on topics such as cancer screening, vaccinations, food safety, longevity, and the relationship between sport, technology, and wellness. In addition to these in-depth sessions, the weekend concludes with live performances, challenges, and DJ sets, making the event a mix of information, sport, and entertainment.

An event for the Rome and Lazio community

Held in the Torri district in the eastern outskirts of Rome, Sei delle Torri was born as a local project bringing public healthcare and sports culture closer to the citizens. The event, promoted by Municipio Roma VI and sponsored by the Lazio Region, represents a model of collaboration between institutions, universities, hospitals, and associations serving the capital's community. Admission is completely free for all three days.
