In 2026, the Sea Fish Festival in Bondeno di Gonzaga celebrates its twenty-first edition, spread over two weekends: May 8-10 and May 15-17. In Corte Matilde, Piazza IV Novembre 1, the restaurant 'Il Mare in Corte' is open every evening from 7 PM, with lunch also served on Sundays.
The menu features seafood appetizers (seafood salad, sautéed mussels, grilled octopus), first courses like 'bigoli allo scoglio', salmon farfalle, and 'trofie alla carlofortina', and second courses like mixed fried fish and grilled swordfish.
