Edition 2025 — Sclafani Wine & Food

The second edition of the Sclafani Bagni Wine & Food Festival took place on Sunday, August 31, 2025, in the thermal village. It featured cooking shows by Michelin-starred chefs at the Badia di Santa Chiara, wine masterclasses at the medieval castle, talks on local entrepreneurship, food stalls, visits to the thermal baths, and an evening concert by the Sirah Band in Piazza Piersanti Mattarella. A day that confirmed Sclafani Bagni as a gourmet capital of the Madonie.

2025 Edition

The second edition of the Sclafani Bagni Wine & Food Festival was held on Sunday, August 31, 2025, enlivening the entire Madonie village. At the Badia di Santa Chiara, cooking shows featured three chef-winery pairings: Giuseppe Carollo (Nangalarruni Restaurant) with Feudo Montoni, Giuseppe Raciti (1 Michelin star, Zash Restaurant) with Tasca d'Almerita, and Giuseppe Causarano (1 Michelin star, Vota Vota Restaurant) with Castellucci Miano.

The medieval castle hosted wine masterclasses, moderated by journalist Maria Antonietta Pioppo, featuring guests such as Salvo Foti and the presentation of the Planeta estates. In the afternoon, at 3:00 PM, the talk "Madonie Entrepreneurs Meet" brought together local businesses. The day concluded at 9:30 PM in Piazza Piersanti Mattarella with a performance by the Sirah Band with Michele Piccione.
