Edition 2025 — Sapore di Sale

The 29th edition of Sapore di Sale took place in Cervia from September 4 to 7, 2025. Four days full of events between the Salt Warehouses, Piazzale dei Salinari, and Borgomarina: the Armèsa de Sel re-enactment, exhibitions, conferences on salt pans and biodiversity, show cooking with local chefs, tastings, and concerts. Among the most followed moments were the salt delivery with the burchiella and the Fuoco al Mito event with the cooking of Parmigiano-Reggiano.

Sapore di Sale 2025

The 29th edition of Sapore di Sale animated Cervia from September 4 to 7, 2025. The program alternated the historical re-enactment of the Armèsa de Sel, with the burchiella loaded with salt distributed to the public at Piazzale dei Salinari, with conferences on Italian salt pans, guardians of biodiversity, and climate change.

Among the gastronomic offerings, numerous show cooking events and tastings dedicated to Cervia's sweet salt and typical Romagna products, as well as photographic and art exhibitions at the Salt Warehouses and the MUSA. The evenings were accompanied by concerts and entertainment along the Porto Canale quay, in a festival that confirmed the city's strong bond with its salt pan civilization.
