The Tezze festival
Every June, the hamlet of Tezze di Arzignano, in the province of Vicenza, gathers around the Sagra di San Luigi, also known as Tezze in Festa. The event takes place in the Piazzale Parrocchiale, along Via G. Mameli, and spans two weekends of music, sports, fun, and good food.
Spit-roasted bull, the symbolic specialty
The dish that made the festival famous is the spit-roasted Texan bull, the star of the Saturday evenings: a slow cooking process, prepared according to tradition, which attracts gourmets from all over the West Vicentino area. The food stand also offers typical dishes of Venetian cuisine.
Music and evenings for everyone
The stand opens every evening from 7:00 PM, while concerts, live music, and DJ sets start from 9:00 PM. There are also evenings dedicated to young people, beer pong tournaments, and solidarity initiatives such as FIDAS evenings for blood donation.
A tradition of the West Vicentino
Organized by the Associazione Dale Tese, the Sagra di San Luigi is an anticipated event of the Arzignano summer, capable of uniting the hamlet's community and attracting visitors from neighboring municipalities, in the heart of the Municipality of Arzignano.
Tezze in Festa — edition 2026
The Sagra di San Luigi in Tezze di Arzignano returns in 2026, during the usual period of June and traditionally over two weekends, in the Piazzale Parrocchiale of the hamlet.
Food stand open every evening from 7:00 PM, live music and DJ sets from 9:00 PM, with the symbolic specialty of the spit-roasted Texan bull on Saturday evenings. Precise dates and program to be announced by the Associazione Dale Tese in the preceding weeks.

Tezze is a hamlet of Arzignano (VI), reachable from the A4 motorway (Montecchio Maggiore exit) and from the SP246. The festival takes place in the Piazzale Parrocchiale, in Via G. Mameli 4.
