The San Cristoforo Festival celebrates the patron saint of motorists and travellers, a figure particularly beloved in popular tradition. The feast takes place in the San Cristoforo district of Milan (Province of Milan, Lombardy), on the picturesque Alzaia Naviglio Grande, next to the ancient church that gives the area its name, one of the most characteristic spots of the Navigli district.
