The festival that ignites the summer of San Benedetto del Tronto

San.B Sound is one of the most anticipated musical events of the summer on the Marche coast. It takes place in San Benedetto del Tronto, the pearl of the Riviera delle Palme in the province of Ascoli Piceno, and transforms the Nelson Mandela Park into a large open-air arena for three days. Organized by Best Eventi in collaboration with the Municipality of San Benedetto del Tronto, the festival brings some of the most listened-to names in the national rap, urban, and pop scene to the city, alternating concerts with comedy shows.

A formula combining free concerts and major headliners

The hallmark of San.B Sound is variety: each evening has a different identity and a proposal designed for different audiences. Alongside ticketed events with top artists, the festival always reserves at least one evening with free admission, to open the event to the entire city and to tourists who flock to the seafront at the beginning of June. This is the philosophy of the organizers, who like to define the event as "an explosion of fun" and talk about the desire for "a sea of people to sing with".

The Nelson Mandela Arena

The heart of the festival is the sports field and Nelson Mandela Park, set up as an arena for major concerts. Its location, a short walk from the sea and the center of San Benedetto del Tronto, makes San.B Sound a perfect opportunity to combine a beach holiday in the Marche with great live music. Concerts generally start at 9:00 PM.

A reference point for urban music in the Marche

Over the years, San.B Sound has hosted some of the most popular protagonists of Italian rap and pop, becoming an important stop on summer tours in the Marche region. The event helps to liven up the tourist season in the Piceno area and to strengthen the image of San Benedetto del Tronto as a city of events and music on the Adriatic coast.
