The Great Goose Game
The heart of the event is the Great Goose Game, a historic competition born in Cigole in 2004, where teams compete on a course of 63 giant squares. Alongside this symbolic game of the village, other eagerly awaited moments take place:
- The blessing of agricultural machinery and the parade of tractors, after Mass
- The Traturì Race, which since 2011 has crowned the best rider of pedal-powered tractors
- The Peasant Snack with brèstole, chestnuts, bertuldinè, and other traditional specialties

Organized by the Pro Loco of Cigole, the Saint Martin's Festival is dedicated to spirituality, culture, and community. Also known as the Goose Festival, it is an event that brings together residents and visitors around the peasant traditions of the Bassa Bresciana, in the province of Brescia, in an atmosphere of authentic popular celebration.
