Marghera's Patron Saint Festival
The Sagra di Sant'Antonio is the patron saint festival of the Marghera neighbourhood, in the Municipality of Venice, organised by the parish of Sant'Antonio. It is held every year in June, around the liturgical feast of Saint Anthony of Padua (June 13th), and represents one of the most cherished events for the community of the Venetian mainland.

The sagra combines the religious dimension with the popular one. The spiritual moment is represented by the solemn procession and the mass in honour of the patron saint, while the festive part offers the food stall open every evening, musical evenings, karaoke, and activities for children. The "Festa dei Giovani" (Youth Festival) is also featured.

The Sagra di Sant'Antonio di Marghera 2026 is held over two weekends, June 5-7 and 12-14, on the grounds of the parish of Sant'Antonio, in the Municipality of Venice. The event is part of the city programme "Le Città in Festa".
Every evening, the food stall is open, accompanied by musical evenings and karaoke. Sunday, June 7th, features the Festa dei Giovani. The religious highlight culminates on Saturday, June 13th, with the solemn procession at 5:30 PM and the mass at 7:00 PM.
