The heart of the festival is the food stand in Piazza I Maggio, managed by over 80 volunteers, which offers the great classics of Polesine cuisine: 'bigoli all'anatra', 'musso con polenta', and other specialties prepared with fresh ingredients and local recipes. Every evening the square comes alive with live music groups and DJ sets.
Devotion and sport
The religious moment culminates on August 10th with the mass, the procession, and the fireworks in honor of San Lorenzo. Among the festival's events is also the Mountain Bike Grand Prix, a cycling race that attracts enthusiasts from all over the Polesine region.
