The Sagra di San Giacomo is the patronal festival of Spino d'Adda, a Municipality in the province of Cremona overlooking the Adda river. The patron saint is celebrated on July 25th, and around this anniversary, the Pro Loco of Spino d'Adda, with the patronage of the municipal administration, organizes three days of celebration.
Three days at Cascina Carlotta
The heart of the event is Cascina Carlotta, at Via Circonvallazione 11, where the Pro Loco's bar and restaurant are set up. The evenings are accompanied by music and dancing, in a convivial atmosphere that attracts residents from the town and surrounding areas. Sunday is also dedicated to the awards ceremony promoted by the municipal administration, an institutional moment that recognizes individuals and entities of the territory.

The Sagra di San Giacomo has free admission and represents one of the most cherished summer events in Spino d'Adda: it combines the religious dimension of the patron saint with popular celebration, featuring good food and community gathering for the Cremona area.

Spino d'Adda is located along the SP415 Paullese, about 30 km southeast of Milan and in the northwest of the province of Cremona, on the Adda river. By car, take the Spino d'Adda exit from the Paullese.
