About Sagra di Mandriola

The Sagra di Mandriola is the summer festival of the hamlet of Mandriola, in Albignasego, on the outskirts of Padua. Organised by the parish, it enlivens the parish centre in Via Marconi for almost two weeks with a food stand, artisan ice cream, bouncy castles for children, music, aperitifs, and a rich lottery with draws every evening. A genuine village event, where volunteering and community spirit are the real protagonists, designed for families and for those seeking a simple and convivial evening.

A Village Festival with a Sense of Community

The Sagra di Mandriola is the summer event that makes the heart of the small hamlet of Mandriola, in the Municipality of Albignasego, in the province of Padua, beat faster. For almost two weeks, the parish centre in Via Guglielmo Marconi transforms into a large meeting point, where different generations come together around the tables of the food stand, children's games, and evening music.

What to Eat and What to Do

The heart of the festival is the food stand, which opens in the evening with traditional Venetian dishes. There is also a cart with artisan ice cream, an aperitif corner, sandwiches, and piadine. For the little ones, there are bouncy castles and plenty of entertainment, while every evening the lottery with a grand prize draw attracts young and old around the stage.

An Entirely Parish-Organised Event

The event is promoted and managed by the Parish of Mandriola thanks to the work of many volunteers. Over the years, the festival has offered a convenient online pre-order service via a dedicated portal to reduce waiting times at the tables. The motto that accompanies it, "Flavours, celebration, community", well summarises the spirit of an event that, while remaining a village-sized occasion, is one of the most cherished moments of the summer in Albignasego and the Paduan area.

Sagra di Mandriola โ€” edition 2026

The 2026 edition of the Sagra di Mandriola takes place from June 10th to 21st, with twelve evenings of celebration at the parish centre in Via Marconi. The food stand, artisan ice cream, bouncy castles, music, and the usual evening lottery enliven the hamlet of Albignasego for almost two weeks.

The Sagra di Mandriola 2026 returns to liven up the hamlet of Albignasego from June 10th to 21st, with twelve consecutive evenings of celebration. The date, originally set in autumn, has been moved to the beginning of summer. The tried-and-tested formula is confirmed: evening food stand with traditional Venetian dishes, artisan ice cream cart, bouncy castles and entertainment for children, musical evenings, and aperitifs. Every evening features the eagerly awaited draw of the rich lottery.
