Edition 2025 — Sagra della Fava Cottora
In 2025, the Sagra della Fava Cottora dell'Amerino took place in Collicello di Amelia from 4 to 14 September: ten evenings dedicated to the flavours of the village, with Slow Food Presidium fava cottora, carbonara polenta and wild boar colcellese style, organised by the Pro Loco of Collicello.
The 2025 edition of the festival was held in Collicello di Amelia from 4 to 14 September. For ten evenings, the Pro Loco's food stalls offered the symbolic dishes of the local tradition: Amerino fava cottora, protected as a Slow Food Presidium, carbonara polenta and wild boar colcellese style, along with other Umbrian specialities. The event confirmed the link between the village and its peasant cuisine, animating the late summer evenings with celebration and conviviality.
