Edition 2025 — Acciuga Salata di Monterosso
The 2025 edition confirmed the tradition of the Sagra dell'Acciuga Salata in Monterosso al Mare, distinct from the Fried Anchovy Festival in June. In September, the village celebrated the art of salting, with food stalls dedicated to salt-cured anchovies and maritime cuisine dishes.
As tradition dictates, the festival also offered a guided tour of the salting laboratory and a boat trip to witness lampara fishing, providing visitors with an immersive experience in the culture of blue fish from the Cinque Terre.
