RosaFidelia - Rose Market Exhibition is the floricultural event that brings rose culture to the historic park of Villa Fidelia, in Spello (province of Perugia). The event, organized by the association In Piena Aria APS, spans approximately 60,000 square meters and brings together over 130 selected exhibitors, including nursery growers, art artisans, designers, and local producers.
An interdisciplinary approach between science and art
RosaFidelia is not just a plant market: the program intertwines science and art with workshops on bee care, balcony gardening techniques, plein air painting, wellness activities (Qi Gong, meditation with Tibetan bowls), and competitions for photography, literature, and rose beauty. Among the new features is the Italian debut of new rose and hydrangea varieties from major European hybridizers (Kordes, Meilland, Tantau, Delbard, Minier).

The event showcases the beauty of Villa Fidelia, an 18th-century residence with its Italian-style park, also enhanced through an interactive digital guide. RosaFidelia aims to be a new spring event for gardening and nature enthusiasts in the heart of Umbria.

RosaFidelia 2026, the inaugural edition
The first edition of RosaFidelia was held from May 15 to 17, 2026, in the park of Villa Fidelia, Spello, debuting with great success. The chosen theme, "The Choice," was presented as the revolutionary act of opting for nature and beauty against the frenzy of the contemporary system.
The event, curated by In Piena Aria APS (with the committee comprising Michele Castrini, Francesca Porfiri, and Filippo Fagioli), brought together over 130 exhibitors across 60,000 sqm. Among the offerings: the Italian debut of ten new varieties of roses and hydrangeas from European hybridizers like Kordes, Meilland, Tantau, Delbard, and Minier, workshops on bee care and balcony gardening, plein air painting, wellness activities (Qi Gong, Tibetan bowls), photography, literature, and rose beauty competitions, as well as an interactive digital guide on the history of Villa Fidelia.

Villa Fidelia is located along the Via Centrale Umbra, on the outskirts of Spello. By train: Spello station on the Foligno-Perugia line. By car: from the SS75, exit Spello.
