Roda dles Saus (Flavours Week)

The 2025 edition of the Flavours Week took place from March 16 to 21 on the slopes and trails of the Skitour La Crusc, at the foot of the Sas dla Crusc, in the municipality of Badia. The opening on Sunday, March 16, from 11:00, featured chefs cooking live amidst traditional aromas and techniques, accompanied by music. For an entire week, the five huts of the Skitour — Ütia L'Tamá, Ütia Lé, Ütia Nagler, La Crusc-Santa Croce, and Ranch da André — each proposed a Ladin dish prepared according to traditional recipes and paired with the best South Tyrolean wines. A widespread event where you ski from hut to hut to savour the Ladin cuisine of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites.
