Edition 2025 — Cortazzone Truffle Fair
The 21st Regional White Truffle Fair of Monferrato was held in Cortazzone (AT) on Saturday, November 29, and Sunday, November 30, 2025, organized by the Pro Loco Cortazzonese with the patronage of the Piedmont Region.
The event kicked off on Saturday, November 29, at 7:00 PM with an inaugural dinner dedicated to local dishes. On Sunday, November 30, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, the historic center transformed into a large market with stands and stalls: there was space for discovering truffle hunting methods, the awarding of the best specimens around 11:00 AM, and traditional music by the group I Piemonteis.
The heart of the day was the fixed-menu lunch by reservation, featuring dishes based on Monferrato white truffle. Between tastings, fine wines, and chats with trifolau, producers, and food artisans, visitors were also able to discover the Romanesque church of San Secondo in a convivial and authentic atmosphere.
