The Regional Music Festival is the event with which the Pro Loco Basilicata Association, together with Pro Loco Marconia, brings the spirit of the Music Festival to the heart of Marconia di Pisticci, in the Matera province. Every June 21st, it animates squares and streets throughout Europe on the summer solstice.

A day of celebration for the community

The initiative is part of the rich event calendar of the Pro Loco Basilicata Association, which each year proposes events dedicated to the social, cultural, and tourist promotion of the region, with the support of the Basilicata Region and the APT. The Music Festival in Marconia is designed as a moment of popular participation and territorial enhancement, capable of involving musicians, associations, and citizens of all ages.

A modern hamlet of the municipality of Pisticci, in the Province of Matera, Marconia is a lively and populous center in the Lucanian Ionian coast area.
