Three days in Noicattaro celebrating Apulian table grapes
Regina di Puglia is the festival that the Municipality of Noicattaro, in the Bari Metropolitan City, dedicates every summer to table grapes, the defining product of this corner of Apulia. Now in its fourth edition in 2026, the event is promoted by the municipal administration alongside the Le Terre dell'Uva network, and was conceived and organized by Omnibus Comunicazione, with the support of APEO, the Apulia Region, the Bari Chamber of Commerce, and the Consorzio di Tutela dell'Uva da Tavola di Puglia IGP.
The strength of Regina di Puglia lies in its ability to combine a robust professional dimension with a local village festival. On one hand, there are field visits and tours of production facilities, along with trade meetings connecting Apulian companies with Italian distributors and foreign importers; on the other, evenings open to the community, featuring tasting kiosks in the town center, a dinner in the vineyard, and a closing concert.
Every year, the event hosts specialized buyers and journalists from around the world in Noicattaro, turning the small town near Bari into a showcase for Apulian produce. The 2026 edition shines a spotlight on Northern Europe, with the Netherlands participating for the first time as a market of great interest for Apulian grapes.
Noicattaro, together with neighboring municipalities, forms the Terre dell'Uva district, one of the most suitable areas in Italy for table grape cultivation. The event highlights this agricultural heritage through conferences on territorial value and sustainability, as well as celebrations that weave together economy, popular traditions, and local folklore.
While the days are marked by business appointments, the evenings belong to residents and visitors alike: strolls through the alleys of Noicattaro's historic center, tastings of Apulia's iconic fruit, and live music round out every edition. It is a perfect way to discover an authentic piece of the Bari countryside at the height of the harvest season.
From July 23 to 25, 2026, Noicattaro hosts the fourth edition of Regina di Puglia, confirming its role as the leader of the Le Terre dell'Uva network. The event maintains its successful format, alternating professional days with evening festivities open to the public.
Foreign delegations are focusing on Northern Europe: the Netherlands debuts for the first time at Regina di Puglia as a market of great interest for Apulian produce.
Field and production facility visits with buyers and journalists. In the evening, public tastings in the alleys of Noicattaro.
B2B meetings between Apulian companies, Italian distributors, and foreign importers. Evening dinner in the vineyard with performances.
Conference in the square on territorial value and sustainability, followed by the closing live concert.
Noicattaro is located approximately 15 km southeast of Bari. By car, it can be reached via the SS16, taking the exit for Noicattaro; by train, the Noicattaro station is served by the Bari-Lecce line. The reference airport is Bari-Palese.
The evenings open to the public (tastings, shows, and concerts) are free to attend; the professional segment (field visits and B2B meetings) is reserved for operators, buyers, and accredited press.
The event takes place in July, at the peak of the table grape season. The 2026 edition is scheduled from July 23 to 25.
