The event takes place at the end of November at Parco Esposizioni Novegro, in the municipality of Segrate (Metropolitan City of Milan), close to Linate airport and the Lombard capital.
Born to celebrate and promote artisanal pastry making, Re Panettone brings together master pastry chefs from all over Italy, who bring their interpretations of the great leavened cake to Milan — from the classic recipe with raisins and candied fruit to the most creative variations.
