The summer festival on the Riviera

The RDS Summer Festival is the summer tour of the radio station RDS 100% Grandi Successi, which transforms Italian squares into large open-air stages every year. The Rimini stop, in the heart of the Romagna Riviera in Emilia-Romagna, is one of the most beloved: Piazzale Federico Fellini, overlooking the sea just a stone's throw from the Grand Hotel made famous by Federico Fellini, becomes the center of the summer party for an entire weekend.

Music, sea, and Notte Rosa

The Rimini event coincides with the Notte Rosa, the famous New Year's Eve of summer that colors the entire Adriatic coast of Emilia-Romagna pink. In this context, the RDS Summer Festival offers two consecutive evenings: the first dedicated to the rhythm of dance and DJ sets, the second with a major concert bringing together numerous artists from the Italian pop and urban scene on stage.

A free event open to all

One of the distinctive features of the event is free admission: anyone can attend the concerts without a ticket. In addition to music, the festival offers interactive experiences, entertainment activities, and stands from RDS partner brands, in a festive atmosphere that enlivens the seafront throughout the evening. The event is also filmed and broadcast as a prime-time television special in the following weeks.
