Edition 2025 — Raviöre Festival

In summer 2025, Montegrosso Pian Latte hosted the Raviöre Festival, celebrating fresh pasta with De.Co. wild herbs. The Pro Loco's stalls offered raviöre in the traditional recipe, a symbol of the white cuisine of the Ligurian Alps, during an evening of celebration in the upper Valle Arroscia.

The 2025 edition confirmed the tradition of the Raviöre Festival in Montegrosso Pian Latte. In July, the village came alive with the Pro Loco's stalls dedicated to raviöre, the fresh pasta parcels filled with over twenty wild mountain herbs, a De.Co. product and an authentic expression of the 'cucina bianca' of transhumance.

Alongside the signature dish, other traditional flavors of the valley were offered, during an evening of conviviality and music that reaffirmed raviöre as one of the rarest and most emblematic gastronomic treasures of the Imperia hinterland.

Programme

The festival took place on an evening in July with the opening of food stalls dedicated to raviöre and mountain cuisine dishes, accompanied by music.
