Edition 2025 — Ramacca Artichoke Festival
The 33rd edition of the Ramacca Artichoke Festival was spread over two weekends, from April 4-6 and April 11-13, 2025, with the main events concentrated in the second weekend. On Friday, April 11, the opening ceremony in Largo Livatino (5:00 PM) kicked off the event, followed by a cooking show by chef Giuseppe Germanà in Piazza Umberto and a musical performance by Joey and Rina.
On Saturday, April 12, after the opening of the food stalls and the Vespa rally in Piazza Umberto, there were guided tours of the Archaeological Park and the Gypsum Crystal Path, dance performances, and in the evening, the comedy duo Toti and Totino. On Sunday, April 13, amidst vintage car rallies, the first Cooking Competition, and the parade of the "M° Bruno Castronuovo" Marching Band, the festival celebrated the violet artichoke served roasted, fried, stuffed, in soups, on pizzas, in focaccias, and even in desserts.

- Guided tours of the Archaeological Park and the Gypsum Crystal Path, Zumba dance performances in Largo Livatino
- 8:30 PM — Comedy duo Toti and Totino, Piazza Umberto
Sunday, April 13
- Vintage car rallies "Fiat 500 Club Sicilia" and vintage Vespas
- 3:00 PM — First edition of the Cooking Competition with chef Giuseppe Germanà
- 6:00 PM — Parade of the "M° Bruno Castronuovo" Marching Band
