A Half-Century Tradition on Garda
The Festa della Quarta d'Agosto is one of the historic events of Costermano sul Garda, a municipality in the Garda hinterland in the province of Verona. Founded in the 1970s, it will reach its 51st edition in 2026, a sign of a deep connection with the community and with visitors who choose the Veronese Riviera of Garda every summer.
Dancing, Crafts, and Typical Flavours
The heart of the festival is the large dance floor dedicated to ballroom dancing, around which the stands of local crafts and offerings for the little ones are set up. The food stalls celebrate regional cuisine with traditional dishes such as stuffed duck and porchetta, specialities that showcase the authentic flavours of Veronese Garda.

With free admission and evening hours from 7 PM to midnight, the Festa della Quarta d'Agosto is designed for all ages: music and dancing for adults, entertainment for children, and good food for everyone. Quarta d'Agosto Festival — edition 2026
The 2026 edition, the 51st, of the Festa della Quarta d'Agosto will liven up Costermano sul Garda from August 20 to 24. Five evenings with a large dance floor for ballroom dancing, local craft stands, children's entertainment, and food stalls with Garda specialities. Free admission, from 7 PM to midnight.
