Edition 2025 — Polentazza
The first edition of the Polentazza brought Civitella d'Agliano to life from Friday, November 28, to Sunday, November 30, 2025. The Friday evening opened with a piano bar by Simone Giusti; on Saturday, dinners were held in two shifts (from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM and onwards) with entertainment by Freschi di Zona; on Sunday, lunch was served from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, with side activities and exhibitions of local school children's work in the afternoon.
The absolute star was the polenta made with stone-ground flour, served with pork rib and sausage ragù, mushrooms, or three-cheese concia, accompanied by pasta, baked pork shank, hunter-style chicken, potatoes, and fried porcini mushrooms. A successful debut that immediately earned a place among the autumn festivals of the province of Viterbo.
