In Poiana di Granfion, a hamlet of Grisignano di Zocco (province of Vicenza), spring brings one of the most anticipated festivals in the area: the Codfish Festival. The heart of the festival is the food stand, where codfish is offered in five different ways, from appetizers to first courses and various main courses. The stand is open in the evenings and, on Sundays, also for lunch.
