The Poggio Street Festival

The Poggio Street Festival is one of the most anticipated events of early summer in the Municipality of Poggio Renatico, in the Province of Ferrara, in Emilia-Romagna. Organized by the Pro Loco of Poggio Renatico with the patronage of the Municipality, the event transforms the historic center into a large open-air stage, where live music intertwines with good food, crafts, and entertainment for all ages. In 2026, the festival celebrates its tenth edition, marking its established place in the calendar of the Ferrara town.

Four Days of Celebration

For four days, the streets and squares of the town fill with people, scents, and sounds. Every evening, from 6 PM to midnight, stalls, food trucks, and stages animate the town center in an atmosphere of sociality and sharing. The event aims to involve the entire community, from families to young people, offering a rich and varied program that combines entertainment, tradition, and taste.

Live Music and Concerts

The heart of the festival is live music. Each evening features a different concert: tributes to famous Italian and international artists, cover bands, and the anticipated band challenge, a true musical competition pitting local bands and musicians against each other. The main stage is the evening meeting point, where the public gathers to dance and sing under the stars.

Street Food, Markets, and Attractions

Alongside the music, BOF Street Food brings the best food trucks to Poggio Renatico, offering specialties from all over Italy and international cuisine. There are also the Forte dei Marmi Market, stalls of local crafts, a funfair, a car and motorcycle exhibition, and street artists with juggling and entertainment shows. For history enthusiasts, there are guided tours of the Lambertini Castle, the town's symbol, as well as the "Svuota Soffitta" (Empty Attic) event dedicated to second-hand markets.

A Celebration for the Entire Community

The Poggio Street Festival is much more than just a music event: it's a moment of encounter that enhances the historic center of Poggio Renatico and the identity of the local community. Admission is free and open to all, welcoming residents and visitors from the entire Province of Ferrara and the Emilia-Romagna region for a long weekend of fun.
