A Community Celebration in Albaredo
The Pig Party is the festival that every year, between May and June, enlivens the hamlet of Albaredo di Vedelago, in the province of Treviso. Organized by ASD Albaredo Insieme at the sports facilities in Via Sorte, it is much more than a food festival: it is an event that combines cuisine, sport, culture, and charitable commitment.
Gastronomy and Sport
The food is the main draw: from 7:30 PM, barbecued churrasco and Treviso porchetta are served, along with the famous greasy Pig Burger sandwiches and the Drink & Coffee bar. Alongside the dining, the program features football tournaments, volleyball matches, a tug-of-war championship, Nordic walking, and numerous sports and cultural events.
Music and Solidarity
Evenings are accompanied by live music, tribute bands, and country and Latin rhythms. But the heart of the Pig Party is its solidarity: the festival is dedicated to sports inclusion and includes fundraising for local projects. It's a model village festival that combines fun and community care.
