A walk through taste and landscape
The "Guarda e Gusta" Food and Wine Walk is now a traditional event in Madonna della Salute di Maser, a hamlet of the municipality of Maser, in the province of Treviso. It is held every year on June 2nd and invites participants to "pamper your eyes, taste the aromas, and satisfy your palate" along the old roads between time-worn farmhouses, in the lands of Queen Cornaro.
Four refreshment stops, all the flavours of the territory
The route, about 11-12 kilometers long, can also be done by bicycle or with a stroller. Along the way, four refreshment points are set up with typical local products: sopressa, honey, oil, and Maser cherries, Monte Grappa cheeses, wines, and spit-roast served at the final stop.
A community celebration
The walk is organized by the Comitato Festeggiamenti Madonna della Salute (Madonna della Salute Celebrations Committee), the same one that organizes the November sagra (local festival), and involves dozens of volunteers. Over the years, it has attracted hundreds of participants amidst the colours and tastes of the Maser countryside.
Guarda e Gusta — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of "Guarda e Gusta", the 21st food and wine walk, takes place on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, in Madonna della Salute di Maser (TV). The route, which can be walked, cycled, or done with a stroller, crosses the Maser countryside with four refreshment stops along the way.
The event is organized by the Madonna della Salute Celebrations Committee.
