The Patronal Feast of Saint Germanus is the most anticipated event of the summer in Rivanazzano Terme, a municipality in Oltrepò Pavese, in the province of Pavia. Dedicated to the patron saint, the feast traditionally takes place in the first days of August and involves the entire community in several days of celebrations.

The Patronal Feast of Saint Germanus returns to Rivanazzano Terme at the beginning of August 2026, according to tradition which places it around the first Sunday of the month. The village of Oltrepò Pavese prepares for three days of festivities combining faith and popular celebration.
The program, organized by Pro Rivanazzano Terme with the Municipality, usually includes the religious procession, craft markets, gastronomic and dancing evenings at Parco Brugnatelli, shows for children, and the traditional fireworks display to conclude the celebrations.
