Pasquettando at Palazzo Biscari is one of the most anticipated artisan markets on the Catania spring calendar. During the weekend surrounding the Easter holidays, the monumental halls of Palazzo Biscari transform into a vibrant showcase for handmade gifts and traditional Sicilian products, welcoming selected exhibitors and thousands of visitors.
The event takes place within the walls of Palazzo Biscari, widely considered the most important and elegant private Baroque palace in the city, overlooking the ancient walls of Charles V on Via Museo Biscari. The frescoed salons, intricate stucco work, and the famous Music Hall provide a breathtaking backdrop for the stands. Strolling among the artisans' creations is the perfect excuse to admire one of the masterpieces of Catanese Baroque in the heart of the city and Eastern Sicily.

Organized by the Eventi In association, Pasquettando returns every year around the Easter period, usually between March and April. Admission is free, making it an ideal outing for families, curious visitors, and craft enthusiasts alikeโperfect to combine with a walk through the historic center of Catania, exploring its traditional markets and Baroque monuments.
The 8th edition of Pasquettando at Palazzo Biscari was held in Catania from Friday, March 27 to Sunday, March 29, 2026, with opening hours from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Friday, and from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
The market brought together selected Sicilian artisans and small businesses, offering a wide range of gift ideas, handmade objects, ceramics, textiles, jewelry, and traditional island products. The 2026 edition featured several new additions, confirming the successful formula that combines excellent craftsmanship, a Baroque setting, and free admission.
