Paposcia Fest

The fourth edition of Paposcia Fest brought Vico del Gargano to life on December 26, 2025, confirming the event as one of the most beloved winter food festivals in the Gargano. The day began at 10:00 AM with the firing of the ovens at the Carlo Hintermann Municipal Amphitheatre, followed by the ribbon-cutting ceremony and institutional greetings.

The program alternated between in-depth sessions and tastings: the La Paposcia Vichese De.Co. masterclass dedicated to the history and evolution of the product, the Paposcia Fest Brunch with tastings and music, and live cooking shows paired with local delicacies. Local restaurants and pizzerias participated in preparing the paposcia. The afternoon featured space for families with Paposcialand and for the public with Radio Paposcia, while the evening concluded with DJ sets, live shows, and a concert.
