The Ornamental Plants and Nursery Products Fair, known by everyone as Fiera Bessica, is one of the most important floricultural events in the Veneto region. It takes place in Bessica, a hamlet of Loria in the province of Treviso, a territory historically dedicated to nursery gardening, which transforms into a widespread showcase of greenery and craftsmanship for an entire weekend in March.
Over 300 exhibitors in the village streets
Along the streets and squares of the center, over 300 exhibitors of ornamental plants, flowers, gardening equipment, and products are lined up. Alongside the floricultural sector, there is space for the crafts and hobbies area, the Countryside Friends Markets organized by Coldiretti Treviso, thematic exhibitions set up in various locations in the village, and the characteristic gardens created specifically in the squares.
Exhibitions, art, and entertainment
In addition to the exhibition, the fair offers a rich program of collateral initiatives: the art exhibition at Villa Baroni, the agricultural modeling exhibition, the exhibition of vintage Fiat 500 cars, and musical performances. In recent years, the event has recorded over 110,000 visitors in a single weekend, a figure that testifies to the deep connection between Bessica and plant cultivation.
A floricultural district
The Floricultural District was established around the fair, a project supported by the Veneto Region to enhance the green supply chain in the Loria and Alta Marca Trevigiana area. Thus, the Fiera Bessica remains not only a village festival but also an economic and cultural reference point for the entire regional nursery sector.

The 47th edition of the Ornamental Plants and Nursery Products Fair will take place from March 6 to 8, 2026, in Bessica di Loria, in the province of Treviso. In addition to the floricultural exhibition with over 300 exhibitors, the program includes the craft area, the Countryside Friends Markets organized by Coldiretti, thematic exhibitions, and the AMA Festival with evening musical events at Villa Baroni. The official inauguration is scheduled for Sunday, March 8.

- 9:15 AM — Official inauguration of the Fair with ribbon cutting and award ceremony for garden creators

Throughout the weekend: over 300 floricultural exhibitors, crafts and hobbies area, Countryside Friends Markets (Coldiretti), art exhibition at Villa Baroni, agricultural modeling exhibition, Fiat 500 exhibition, and live radio broadcasts with local stations Bella & Monella and Piterpan.

How to get there
Bessica di Loria can be reached by car via the SP667 or the SR53 Postumia; the nearest motorway exits are Castelfranco Veneto and Cittadella. Parking is available near the exhibition area during the fair. The nearest train station is Castelfranco Veneto, connected by local buses.
Admission and hours
Free admission. The fair takes place in the streets and squares of Bessica, opening to the public in the morning. The event proceeds even in case of rain; it is only canceled in case of severe bad weather.
