Orbetello Mangiami Street Food is the summer event dedicated to street food held in Orbetello, in the province of Grosseto, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. The festival takes place in the picturesque Quadrato area, along the Mura di Levante overlooking the lagoon, and has established itself since its first edition as one of the most popular additions to the Orbetello summer calendar.
A great village of taste
For three days, the lakeside promenade transforms into a true street food village, with numerous food trucks and stands offering the most iconic dishes of Italian and international street food. Featured specialties include artisanal pulled pork, fresh fried fish, paella, lampredotto, porchetta, Abruzzese arrosticini, Neapolitan fried pizza, Chianina beef burgers, and other traditional regional offerings. There are options for every taste and requirement, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free dishes.
Beers, cocktails, and live music
Accompanying the tastings is a wide selection of craft beers, cocktails, and soft drinks. The atmosphere is made even livelier by the music: every evening features live concerts and DJ sets, while a large communal dining area allows guests to sit and enjoy their meals in good company. There is also a dedicated area for children, making the event suitable for families and visitors of all ages.

Organized by the Pro Loco Lagunare in collaboration with the Orbetello municipal administration and the specialized agency Gnam Foodevent, Orbetello Mangiami is part of the rich calendar of initiatives that enliven the lagoon town from March to November. The event takes place concurrently with the Mercatino Lagunare in the historic center, offering visitors a weekend of taste, conviviality, and the discovery of one of the most fascinating villages on the Maremma coast.

Orbetello Mangiami — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of Orbetello Mangiami Street Food is scheduled from Friday, September 4th to Sunday, September 6th, 2026 on the Mura di Levante, in the Quadrato area on the Orbetello lakeside. The event, organized by the Pro Loco Lagunare with the municipal administration, takes place concurrently with the new edition of the Mercatino Lagunare in the historic center.
Once again this year, visitors will be able to enjoy the most beloved dishes of Italian and international street food, from meat specialties to fish dishes, with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free options, accompanied by craft beers, cocktails, and soft drinks. Entertainment with live music and DJ sets in the evenings is confirmed.
The musical program and detailed hours for the 2026 edition will be announced by the organizers in the weeks leading up to the event on the official channels of the Pro Loco Lagunare.
