Edition 2025 — Ancient Flavors

The 2025 edition of the Night of Ancient Flavors took place on August 12 in the historic center of Fontechiari, with stalls opening at 7 PM. The gastronomic route curated by the Pro Loco Fontechiari APS featured the signature dishes of Ciociaria cuisine, from tagliolini to fried crespelle, accompanied by live music and a documentary exhibition dedicated to the village's history.

The 2025 edition

In August 2025, the Night of Ancient Flavors returned to enliven the alleys of Fontechiari, in the province of Frosinone, as part of the Fontechiari Summer calendar. From 7 PM, the Pro Loco Fontechiari APS stalls offered tagliolini, sausage sandwiches, Ciociaria soup, mutton stew, arrosticini, and the essential crespelle fontechiaresi, along with wine and craft beer.

The evening combined gastronomy, live music with local bands and singers, and a documentary exhibition set up at Palazzo Agostini, dedicated to Fontechiari at the dawn of Italian Unification and the history of local emigration. An edition that confirmed the event's vocation: not just food, but the story of a community.
