The event takes place in the City of Rome, in the Lazio region, at the Roma Aurelia Antica Hotel, an elegant property nestled in the greenery of the Parco della Tenuta dei Massimi in the Aurelio district. It is an intimate and welcoming setting, designed for full-immersion tango, from afternoon tea dances to the midnight toast.

The heart of the meeting is the afternoon and evening milongas, which bring the plenary hall to life, featuring a cushioned floor specifically designed for comfortable, long-duration dancing.
