This concept comes to life primarily through the evocative presence of hot air balloons, which take flight at sunset to color the sky over Minervino, allowing visitors to admire the Alta Murgia landscape from above. It is the festival's signature image, the one that has made the event truly recognizable and capable of attracting crowds from across the region.
