Moto Guzzi Friends Beura

A historic rally in the heart of the Ossola valley

The Moto Guzzi Friends Beura is one of the longest-running international gatherings dedicated to the eagle brand. Reaching its 31st edition in 2026, it takes place in Beura-Cardezza, a small town in the Verbano-Cusio-Ossola province, in Piedmont, along the road that climbs the Val d'Ossola towards the Simplon Pass. Every year, the event draws Guzzisti from all over Italy and abroad, particularly from nearby Switzerland, turning the local sports field into a massive encampment for bikers.

Three days of two-wheeled passion

The rally stands out for its genuine, family-friendly atmosphere, far removed from large commercial events. All activities are centered at the Beura sports field on Via San Giorgio: an exhibition area to admire classic and modern Moto Guzzi models, food stands with cold beer and grilled dishes, and a stage for live music that enlivens the evenings. No registration is required: entry is free and on-site camping is free, nestled in nature at the foot of the Ossola mountains.

Motorcycle rides through the mountains

The beating heart of the weekend is the group rides along the most scenic routes in the area. Traditional panoramic motorcycle tours depart from Beura towards some of the most beloved destinations in upper Piedmont:

• the Simplon Pass, a historic mountain pass leading to Switzerland;
• the spectacular Toce Waterfalls in Val Formazza;
• Alpe Devero and Macugnaga at the foot of Monte Rosa;
• the shores of Lake Maggiore.

A continuing tradition

Founded in the nineties, the rally has grown to become a benchmark for the Guzzisti community. Organized by a group of passionate volunteers, it preserves the original spirit of sharing and friendship that gave the event its name. For those visiting the area, it is also an opportunity to discover the hospitality and landscapes of the Val d'Ossola, a borderland between Piedmont and the Alps.
