Mostra Mercato Nazionale del Tartufo di Valtopina

The 43rd National Truffle Market Exhibition of Valtopina was held on November 15 and 16, 2025, in the Palasport and Centro Subasio area of the village in the province of Perugia. The market brought together dozens of selected agri-food producers, with stalls open from 10 AM to 8 PM on both days.

The surrounding initiatives were rich: dining with truffle-based dishes (lunch and dinner on Saturday, dinner on Sunday), a conference on sustainability, an exhibition of ancient fruits by agronomist Isabella Dalla Ragione, truffle hunting excursions, horseback trekking, cooking demonstrations by the hospitality institute of Assisi, a performance by comedian Dado, and the "Trail del Cavatore" race. An edition that reaffirmed Valtopina's truffle identity, where about two hundred truffle hunters live.
