Edition 2025 — Moncalvo Truffle Fair
2025 Edition
The 71st Moncalvo National White Truffle Fair was held on the Sundays of October 19 and 26, 2025, with the "Feast before the Feast" on Saturday, October 25. The fairgrounds extended from Piazza Carlo Alberto, bordered by the Antichi Portici, to the streets and squares of the center, with a new dining area set up in Piazza Antico Castello.
Among the most anticipated moments were the show cooking sessions at 2:30 PM: on Sunday, October 19, chef Gabriele Boffa (2 Michelin stars) presented the "Semolina raviolo, Murazzano toma cheese, baby spinach, and hay sauce," while on Sunday, October 26, chef Massimiliano Musso (1 Michelin star) proposed the "Fassona carpaccio with autumnal scents." Both Sundays, from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, trifolau and traders were able to register their truffles for the competition, with the awarding of the "Golden Truffle" and the "Silver Zappino" by a jury of experts.
