Carnival Arrives in Meolo
In Meolo, a municipality in the province of Venice in eastern Venice, Carnival is celebrated in the square with a day designed especially for families and children. The event is part of the Metropolitan Carnival of Venice, the widespread program that brings the colors of the lagoon festival beyond the historic center, to the islands, and the mainland.
