Walking along the Brenta Riviera
The Marcia dei Storti is one of the most established fun runs in the Dolo area (province of Venice). Organized by the Podisti Dolesi, it starts from Piazza Cantiere, the ancient boatyard overlooking the Brenta canal, and offers routes designed for every level of fitness: 8, 12, and 18 kilometers.
The Routes
The three itineraries run along the banks of the Brenta river, among the famous Venetian villas and the landscapes of the Riviera. It's a non-competitive run, where the pleasure of walking together matters more than the stopwatch: suitable for families, sports groups, and walking enthusiasts.

Included in the regional running calendar, the Marcia dei Storti attracts participants from all over the province of Venice and the Veneto region. Dolo is located about 26 km west of Venice. By car: SR11 Riviera del Brenta, or A4 motorway exit Dolo-Mirano. By bus: ACTV line 53E from Venice/Mestre. Meeting point and start from Piazza Cantiere.
