Edition 2025 — Mangiaa Brigasc

The 2025 edition of the Mangiaa Brigasc took place in August in Upega (Briga Alta), featuring the usual roving tasting of Brigasc cuisine starting at 7:00 PM along the village streets, with approximately 180 covers by reservation and indoor seating in case of bad weather. The day was enriched by exhibitions and cultural initiatives curated by Pro Loco Upega, including displays dedicated to nature and the ancient tradition of beekeeping in the Brigasc lands.

The Mangiaa Brigasc 2025 was held in August in Upega, a hamlet of Briga Alta, offering the roving tasting of Brigasc cuisine starting at 7:00 PM along the streets and stone skyscrapers of the village, with approximately 180 covers by reservation (by the end of July) and an indoor setup in case of bad weather.

Surrounding the gastronomic event, Pro Loco Upega organized a day full of cultural offerings: the opening of exhibitions dedicated to the colors of nature and beekeeping in the Brigasc lands, a nature walk in the morning, and a meeting on the flora and fauna of the alpine pastures, testifying to the bond between cuisine, landscape, and traditions in this corner of the upper Tanaro Valley.
