LovereArts — Colori nel Borgo

A village painted with art

LovereArts - Colori nel Borgo is the widespread art festival that enlivens the historic centre of Lovere, in the province of Bergamo, one of the most beautiful villages on Lake Iseo, every October. For almost three weeks, the streets, squares, shop windows, and spaces of the town become a large creative container, where art leaves the galleries and meets the daily life of the village.

Exhibitions, music, and performances

The programme features scattered exhibitions of comics, photography, and installations, alongside performances, shows, and musical moments that animate the streets. The idea is to transform the entire historic centre into an open-air exhibition space, capable of surprising visitors at every corner and enhancing Lovere's architectural and landscape heritage.

A cultural and social project

LovereArts is promoted by ASARCO, the Association of Artisans, Merchants, and Tertiary Sector of Lovere, with the aim of bringing life and movement back to the heart of the village and generating new opportunities for the community and local businesses. This is how art, commerce, and social interaction intertwine, making the festival an occasion for cultural and economic revival for the town on the lake.
