A community walk along the Cimetto canal and city parks
“Let's enjoy the banks and parks of Spinea together” is a community walk designed to help citizens rediscover the city's green and river heritage. The route, approximately 8 km long, winds along the Cimetto canal and through the city parks of Spinea, in the province of Venice, on a flat itinerary suitable for everyone.
Meet at 9:00 AM on the square in front of the church of Santa Bertilla, with departure at 9:30 AM. The walk accompanies participants along the canal banks and through the city's green areas, highlighting often-unfrequented corners of urban nature and offering a different perspective on Spinea.
The initiative is promoted by Pro Loco Spinea together with FIAB Spinea, FIAB Mestre, and ODV CDAT Spinea, with the patronage of the Municipality of Spinea. An example of collaboration between local entities to promote sustainable mobility, environmental protection, and community life.
More than a sporting event, the walk is an opportunity for outdoor socialising: a way to spend time together, move at a slow pace, and reclaim the city's green spaces. A spring event that intertwines environment, health, and community in the municipality of Spinea (province of Venice).
